Patrik Sandell topped the opening practice session of the 2016 Red Bull Global Rallycross season at Wild Horse Pass Motorsports Park in Phoenix, Arizona.
The Swede lapped the 0.929 mile circuit in 49.296 seconds, just over a tenth of a second faster than defending series champion Scott Speed
