Kessel look to continue their strong start to the season – Blancpain Endurance Series Silverstone preview

Kessel Racing will be looking to build on their strong start to the season when the Blancpain  Endurance Series resumes this weekend at Silverstone.

The Swiss squad were victorious in the opening round of the season at Monza with Davide Rigon, Daniel Zampieri and Cesar Ramos behind the wheel of their Ferrari 458 GT3, consequently, they sit atop of the Pro standings.


Driver Davide Rigon is confident going into the Silverstone round, “We’re charged-up to race at Silverstone as we’re aware we can drive a successful race, even if it won’t be easy.” he said. However, he’s aware of the challenge the rest of the field poses “We’ll have to pay attention to McLaren and Audi. I’m also very satisfied with Pirelli tyres as they fit our car almost perfectly.”

ART Grand Prix are currently second in the championship with Gulf Racing third, both with McLarens. WRT are fourth, being the highest placed Audi whilst AF Corse currently lead the Pro-Am standings.
